A huge thank you to everyone that came out to Headframe Spirits on Tuesday June 21st, to support the CREATE Math Summer Camp.  Another BIG THANK YOU to Headframe Spirits for hosting us.  We are happy to report that we raised over $200 for our camp. 

Applications for the camp have continued to pour in.   As our crowdfunding campaign gets nearer to its close, we need your help to make sure that we have enough money to accept all of the girls that want to attend the camp.  All donations, no matter how large or small, are welcome.

We are excited to announce that Headframe Spirits is hosting a “Drink It Like You Mean It” event for CREATE Math Summer Camp on June 21st at their tasting room at 21 South Montana Street in Butte. Headframe Spirits will donate $1.00 for any drinks sold the entire day (including sodas and coffee) to our camp. Plus, we will be in the tasting room from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM that night folding paper stars, teaching a bit of origami and sharing information about CREATE Math Summer Camp. This is a fun opportunity to unwind, enjoy yourself and help support teaching girls the creative side of math. So mark your calendars for "Drink It Like You Mean It" for CREATE Math Summer Camp June 21st at Headframe Spirits, we need and appreciate your support!

Tuesday bright and early, at 8 am, we had the opportunity to visit East Middle School and tell all the girls about the upcoming CREATE Math Summer Camp.  300 girls were able to learn about what will be offered at this year's camp, and they had the chance to fold their own "lucky" paper stars that you can see in the picture. 

It's great to see how much fun they have and to spread the word that Math can be creative!

We're getting so excited for this year's camp and registrations have started to pour in, which means we need your support more than ever.  We are keeping the price per camper to $15, to cover t-shirts, but will have scholarships available.  Every donation helps and if you've already given please keep sharing updates on social media to let everyone know about CREATE Math Summer Camp.
